All aspects of our renovations were done to perfection with attention to detail.  Brad performed the work over a number of seasons.  We found Brad to be reliable and respectful at all times.  

We are very happy with the results and will be calling on Brad again.

Brad Bender formed part of a renovation team that transformed our existing backyard into a beautiful oasis. The work was performed in June- July of 2018 with Brad's main role being the key land excavator, material mover, builder of retaining walls and positioning of all bricks for the retaining wall and 2 separate sets of steps.

The work in our backyard was challenging in that Brad needed to excavate our land on both sides of our home using heavy equipment in tight spots while addressing significant land grade changes to tie into our walkout basement.

The work Brad and his support team completed was exceptional. Brad stayed in line with expected time lines and remained on budget.

He and his team were very creative with ideas and professional.

Given the amount of heavy equipment required and the amount of extremely heavy material needing to be brought in, we had some reservations about potential damage to our existing home. In the end, there were no issues in this regard.

All visitors to our home express great compliments in the work completed in our backyard.
